Stewart Halstead holds an "of counsel" position with the firm. Mr. Halstead's practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation matters. He was admitted to the Arizona bar in 1973. Mr. Halstead is a member of the Arizona, Maricopa County and American Bar Associations. He served as a member of the State Bar of Arizona Civil Jury Instructions Committee from 1989 to 1992.

Mr. Halstead graduated from Yale Law School in 1972. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in 1968.
