Kevin Kasarjian is a partner whose practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation. He has represented general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, developers, sureties, architects and engineers in numerous contexts. Such representation has included multiple jury trials and arbitrations in a variety of construction-related matters.

Mr. Kasarjian, a Phoenix native, graduated from UCLA Law School in 2000. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Lafayette College in 1997. In 2004, he participated in the Leadership Development Forum with the Arizona Builders’ Alliance along with other future leaders in the construction industry. Mr. Kasarjian also has given seminars on several legal topics.

Mr. Kasarjian is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
