Rich Murphy is a partner whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and construction law. A former partner at Sacks Tierney, Mr. Murphy primarily represents contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and owners. Mr. Murphy is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Construction Section (Chair, 2000-2001) and the American Bar Association Construction Forum. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator of construction disputes.

Mr. Murphy graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Law School in 1993. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona in 1989.
