Arizona Speaker of the House David Gowan appointed Michael J. Holden to the Ad Hoc Legislative Committee on Modernizing Arizona’s 20-Day Lien Notice Process in October 2015. The Ad Hoc Committee focused on replacing the current system with a computerized electronic registry.  After two public hearings prior to the start of the 2016 Legislative Session, the Committee recommended that interested parties continue discussion on modernizing the process.
